Near Creative is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the timely delivery of services that exceed client expectations.
This role combines strategic thinking, project coordination, and client management to drive the success of marketing initiatives.

Campaign Execution: Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing campaign strategies tailored to client objectives.
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and partner.
Contract Renewal & Profit Maximization: Support efforts to renew contracts and close agreements that align with client goals while maximizing profitability for the agency.
Service Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services, adapting to client needs and expectations with professionalism.
Problem Solving: Assist in addressing challenging client requests or resolving escalated issues with efficiency and care.
Team Support: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on initiatives such as social media posting, content coordination, and other tasks as needed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience
3+ years in account management, campaign coordination, or similar roles in marketing agencies or corporate settings.
Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., influencers, social media) is a plus.
Proven success in client-facing roles, building relationships, and delivering results.
Skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless client and team collaboration.
Proficiency in tools like Asana, Google Workspace, or similar project management platforms.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, metrics, and tools.
Problem-solving mindset with professionalism in managing challenges and escalations.
