    The Creative Associate plays a hybrid role that bridges creative ideation, writing/design, executional alignment and team coordination management. You’ll craft concepts and copy.design that move culture while ensuring they’re strategically aligned with the provided creative direction. You’ll partner closely with the creative director, designers/writers, strategists, and creators to bring campaigns to life — from social-first ideas to full-funnel creative executions.

    This role suits someone who’s both a conceptual thinker and a doer — someone who can craft sharp, culture-relevant copy/designs, help manage multiple creative streams, and help drive the creative process from insight to impact.

    • Conceptualize and develop ideas for campaigns, influencer content, and social content across multiple brands and platforms.

    • For copy based creative associates: Write clear, compelling, and culturally relevant copy for campaign strategy set-ups and big ideas, tone of voice, branded social media content (in-art and captions), digital videos, activation write-ups, influencer campaigns, and branded content. 

    • For design based creative associates: Lead thedesign development and art direction of visually compelling and culturally relevant content for social media, key visuals, deck design, digital videos, influencer campaigns, and branded materials.

    • Support creative leadership in shaping and ensuring all outputs reflect brand strategy and creative excellence.

    • Collaborate with designers, writers, editors, and production teams to translate ideas into accurate executions.

    • Manage creative deliverables and timelines, coordinating with creative director, business development managers, account managers and production teams to ensure smooth execution.

    • Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews, presentations and pitches contributing ideas that are both fresh and strategic.

    • Monitor trends and emerging cultural moments to inspire timely, relevant creative ideas.

    • Support campaign reporting by tracking creative effectiveness, engagement, and audience feedback.

  • Educational Background: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • 3–5 years of experience in copywriting/art direction, content creation, or creative strategy (agency or in-house marketing team).

    • Proven background in integrated marketing or social-first campaigns

    • Experience in concept development and cross-platform creative execution.

    • Prior exposure to creative project management or client communication is an advantage

    Proficiencies:

    • Strong command of creative writing/art direction and conceptual thinking — able to move from big ideas to executional detail.

    • For Copy based: Skilled in short-form and long-form copywriting, from taglines to scripts.

    • For Art based: Skilled in creating distinctive key visuals and design systems that translate ideas into compelling, on-brand experiences.

    • Familiar with social media platforms, content formats, and influencer ecosystems.

    Tools & Platforms (Required/Preferred):

    • Proficiency in key creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite (for art based), Canva, AI driven creative tools, etc.) and collaboration platforms

    • Experience using project management tools to streamline creative operations and cross-team visibility is an advantage (Slack, Timetastic, Perdoo, Asana, Google Workspace).

    • You’re creative, and understands social media deeply

    • You’re comfortable with execution and experimentation

    • You have strong empathy, communication and persuasion skills
