The Sales & Marketing Associate plays a vital role in keeping both the sales and marketing functions running smoothly. This role blends creative execution with operational support — from driving TikTok content and marketing campaigns to handling BD documentation, client research, and event logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable switching between creative projects and structured, process-driven tasks.

Marketing & Campaign Support
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Manage Near’s online community across social channels: engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, encourage conversations, and strengthen relationships with prospects and industry peers.
Prepare, proofread, and publish marketing content including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Collaborate closely with the Creatives team to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals and messaging for all social media posts.
Own TikTok content strategy and execution: ideate, plan, shoot, and post videos that showcase Near’s personality and marketing point of view.
Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, competitor activities, and content opportunities.
Track key marketing metrics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and schedule content for engagement and reach.
Sales & Business Development Support
Assist the Senior BD Manager in sales-related activities and tasks.
Support pricing management, including updates, accuracy checks, and documentation.
Handle vendor accreditation and registration processes with clients or platforms.
Manage sales documentation such as MOAs and additional requirements.
Research prospective clients and competitor pricing to inform outreach and strategy.
Event & Partnership Coordination
Liaise with vendors, creative teams, and influencers to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
Assist in planning and executing Near-led events, webinars, and promotional activities, including on-ground and logistics support.

Skills:
1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative support (agency experience is a plus).

You have a strong understanding of social media platforms such as Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok
You’re comfortable with execution and experimentation
You have strong empathy, communication and persuasion skills

Experience with Google Workspace & Canva required

TikTok Performance: Minimum 5 TikTok posts per week
Campaign Execution: 100% on-time delivery rate for assigned marketing and BD tasks.
Reporting Timeliness: Deliver weekly marketing and sales reports on agreed deadlines.
Event Support: Zero major delays or missing deliverables for events within role scope.
Social Media Quality: 100% error-free execution of social media management tasks, including correct captions, links, scheduling, tagging, and asset usage.
