  • Near Creative is seeking for a results-driven Senior Brand & Content Manager to lead our brand marketing and content strategy with one clear goal: drive high-quality inbound leads and build long-term brand equity for Near Creative.

    This role is perfect for a strategic marketer who loves experimenting with content, has a deep understanding of B2B inbound funnels, and knows how to turn brand equity into measurable business results.

  • Lead Generation Strategy

    • Own and optimize Near’s inbound marketing funnel to reduce cost per acquisition over time.

    • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across paid social, newsletters, and SEM

    • Work closely with Sales to align on ICPs, messaging, and campaign objectives.

    • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve inbound traffic and conversion.

     Brand Strategy & Thought Leadership

    • Define and continuously refine Near’s B2B brand positioning to increase market trust and visibility

    • Build and manage thought leadership strategy for our founders and executive team, including LinkedIn content, speaking engagements, and awards.

    • Launch brand-building campaigns and experiments to elevate Near’s presence in the marketing industry.

    Content Strategy & Creation

    • Oversee a consistent multi-channel content plan that nurtures leads through the buyer journey—from awareness to conversion.

    • Manage content creation across formats: blogs, webinars, social media, case studies, video shorts, and emails.

    • Own and run Near’s organic social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), ensuring strategic content that balances education, culture, and lead generation.

    PR & Reputation Management

    • Build and manage relationships with relevant media, journalists, and editors.

    • Develop and execute PR campaigns that enhance Near’s brand reputation and increase share of voice.

    • Identify and pitch for speaking engagements, podcast interviews, and awards.

    • Discover awards channels that will bring our brand to the right audience.

    Events & Webinars

    • Define Plan and oversee internal & external-facing events and webinars to support both brand awareness and lead gen.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align event content with sales and business development goals.

    • Lead & decide which events we should sponsor to drive leads & brand visibility. 

    Team Management

    • Manage, guide & mentor marketing team members of designer, copywriter, marketing assistant

    • Set clear goals and workflows to ensure marketing efforts are delivered on time and at a high standard.

    • Encourage a culture of experimentation, accountability, and performance within the marketing team.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 7 - 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on inbound lead generation and content strategy.

    • Proven success in building and executing multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue.

    • Experience managing brand positioning and storytelling, ideally in an agency or creative services environment.

    • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Leadership teams.

    • Experience managing junior marketers, creatives, or freelancers.

    • Ability to build and maintain a consistent brand voice across owned and earned media.

    • Social media fluency (especially LinkedIn, TikTok, IG Reels).

    • Competent in project management and leading cross-functional execution from concept to rollout.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in a marketing or creative agency.

    • Familiarity with the influencer marketing & social media marketing

    • Background in PR or media relations is a strong plus.

    • Experience organizing or leading events, webinars, or workshops.
