  • Near Creative is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Campaign Manager to join our Accounts team. In this leadership role, you will manage high-level client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and mentor a team of Junior Campaign Associates to deliver exceptional service and results. As a trusted advisor to clients and a leader within the agency, you will play a key role in developing strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the success of campaigns.

    • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

    • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Conceptualize and implement campaign strategies tailored to client goals and oversee their successful delivery.

    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to Junior Campaign Associates, fostering their growth and ensuring cohesive team operations.

    • Account Growth: Renew contracts, identify opportunities to expand services, and close agreements to maximize profitability.

    • Progress Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly account status reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, insights, and recommendations.

    • Issue Resolution: Manage challenging client requests or escalations with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction.

    • Process Optimization: Develop and implement standardized reporting templates to improve account management and track progress effectively.

    • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, content, and other internal teams to align initiatives and meet campaign objectives.

    • Strategic Support: Contribute to broader agency initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and special projects, as needed.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in account management, campaign strategy, or client-facing roles within a marketing or advertising agency, or in a brand setting. 

    • Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts and leading marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

    • Demonstrated success in mentoring and leading junior team members to achieve their full potential.

    • Track record of renewing contracts, expanding client accounts, and driving profitability.

    • Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities for conceptualizing and executing campaigns.
