  • As a Social Media Strategist at Near Creative, you will support the execution of social media campaigns with our existing clients by assisting in content planning, scheduling, reporting, and research. You will work closely with the team to help ensure the smooth delivery of social media strategies, maintain organized workflows, and track campaign performance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about social media marketing while contributing to impactful client campaigns.

  • 1. Content Planning & Creation

    • Contribute in brainstorming sessions to come up with creative and strategic content ideas.

    • Assist in developing a monthly content plan aligned with brand objectives, campaign themes, and content pillars.

    • Draft in-art copies and captions for social media posts, ensuring brand voice consistency and audience engagement.

    • Conduct basic trend research to identify emerging social media content formats and engagement opportunities.

    2. Content Publishing & Promotion

    • Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

    • Manage content boosting by setting up and monitoring paid promotions to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

    • Ensure all content is properly formatted and optimized for each platform’s best practices.

    • Assist in community management by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions as needed.

    3. Reporting & Performance Tracking

    • Compile and analyze social media performance data, tracking key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.

    • Prepare monthly post-campaign reports which contain actionable insights and recommendations for content optimization.

    • Identify opportunities to refine social media strategies based on data-driven insights.

    4. Administrative & Coordination Support

    • Streamline and facilitate content approvals, client feedback, and campaign performance reports.

    • Assist in coordinating with designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure timely asset production.

    • Help document and refine social media processes to improve workflow efficiency.

    • Preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items as needed during internal and client meetings

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 1+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field (internship experience is a plus).

    • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

    • Basic understanding of content planning, scheduling tools, and social media analytics.

    • Experience with community management and social listening is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail.

    • Basic knowledge of content creation, including copywriting and visual storytelling.

    • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and social media scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, or Sprout Social.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
