People first, employees second. We value work life balance, our families and our friends, but work hard at the same time. We’re looking for people who can independently work towards their goals but the way you work is completely up to you.
We travel. Travel has been an integral part of our lives, and it has always been an eye-opening experience. We have a hybrid policy for employees in Metro Manila (once a week), but we’re flexible with remote work for people who want to travel. We believe that location independence should be more accessible to everyone. We also have an annual company trip!
We want to see you grow. We appreciate the time that you would devote to us as a company and would wish that you also get a return on your investment by developing skills and capabilities.
We offer competitive compensation. We deeply value who we work with and would like to be fair to you and what you can bring to the table. We also provide bonuses and additional incentives.

As a Social Media Strategist, you are the primary owner of data-driven, market-appropriate, platform-native social media strategy for assigned clients. You translate business objectives into an integrated paid + owned + earned plan—defining content pillars, channel roles/mix, KPI frameworks, and creative direction that guides execution.
You also lead recurring concept ideations/brainstorms and produce client-ready insights from performance data to continuously improve results.
Lastly, you oversee the insighting and creation of both strategic and tactical recommendations from post-campaign performance data – leading the Junior Social Media Manager in translating analytics to value-adding next-steps for future campaigns and as aligned with client objectives and priorities.
-
A) Strategy Development (Primary Ownership)
Build integrated social strategies: audience, positioning, platform roles, content pillars, cadence, and channel mix.
Create campaign playbooks: messaging architecture, content formats, creator/UGC opportunities, and distribution strategy.
Define KPI framework by funnel stage; recommend measurement approach and reporting structure.
B) Creative Direction & Ideation Leadership
Lead monthly/biweekly brainstorms to translate pillars into thumb-stopping concepts and series.
Write or co-write creative briefs for Creative/Production: hooks, angles, scripts/copy guidance, shotlist references.
Ensure platform-native execution guidelines (TikTok-first, Reels-first, etc.) are embedded in briefs.
C) Paid + Boosting Strategy (Oversight + Design)
Recommend boosting/paid approach: objectives, audience hypotheses, creative test plan, pacing logic.
Partner with Social Media Lead on approvals and optimization decisions; document learnings and next tests.
Translate content plans into paid requirements: asset specs, format variants, CTA options, landing page alignment, tracking needs (UTMs/pixels/events).
Coordinate with execution owners (internal or external) to ensure campaigns are built correctly and launched on time.
Review performance signals weekly (or as needed): pacing, CPM/CTR/CPC/CPA/ROAS, frequency/creative fatigue, audience quality.
Provide optimization recommendations: budget reallocations, creative swaps, new test variants, audience refinement, or objective adjustments.
Capture learnings and roll them into the next content cycle (what to scale, stop, and test next).
D) Analytics, Reporting, and Strategic Insighting
Produce monthly performance narratives: what happened, why, what to do next.
Identify content winners/losers by pillar and format; recommend iterations and experiments.
Translate performance into next-month editorial direction and paid learning agenda.
Partner with Account Management to convert insights into business-aligned recommendations (not just “vanity metrics”).
E) Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Accounts on client needs, timelines, and expectation-setting.
Collaborate with the Creatives/Influencer team on asset requirements and creator angles.
Provide clear handoff instructions to Junior SMM for publishing requirements.
