From Travel to Creative Agency: How We Became One of the Top Digital Marketing Agencies in the Philippines
At Near, we have created numerous marketing campaigns for brands that drive real business results. We started out with a Cebu Pacific campaign, and after six years of business, we have worked with over 30 brands handling multiple campaigns for them. We have also been ranked in the Top 20 Digital Marketing Agencies to work with in 2022!
How we started:
Before Near became the creative agency that we are today, we actually started out in 2018 as a creative travel agency. We wanted to make captivating travel videos for brands online, like Traveloka and Cebu Pacific.
We started out with just an idea and a laptop for our Cebu Pacific pitch. Since we have always had a passion for traveling, we came to them with our ideas and ended up making travel videos like this Hyperlapse video we shot in Taipei.
But when the Covid-19 pandemic started, people couldn’t really travel, which meant we had to pivot and think of how we could continue our business as an agency.
We started with this webinar that aimed to help marketers and brands with their marketing efforts during Covid-19. We had speakers like Sam Jeanblanc from Google, Aika Lim from Bridges PR, and influencer Camille Co discuss this topic and it led us to have inquiries from clients and brands during this time.
Our journey so far
Fast forward to present, we are now in 2023 and Near Creative has been able to expand to become a digital creative marketing agency that works and services brands like Emma Sleep, Cebu Pacific, Tip-Top Chicken, and more! We’ve had the privilege and experience to create thoughtful and effective content that helps our clients reach their marketing and sales goals.
Through the work and help of our awesome and dedicated team, we’ve expanded our services to include video and photo production, influencer marketing, social media marketing, social media content creation and management, and virtual events. We’re looking forward to more milestones in the years to come.
